Priciest and Cheapest places to live in Dubai

The city of Dubai isn’t generally known for its affordable rents, but there are some communities that propose the best options for the budget-aware tenant.

International City, located just about 20 kilometres from Burj Khalifa or Dubai Mall, is still the cheapest location to living in Dubai today, according to the latest facts shared by real estate consultancy firm Estatepedia.

The usual rent for a one-bedroom apartment in the country-themed residential space in Al Warsan now stands at AED 37,500 per year, nearly three times cheaper than the price of a flat in the Palm Jumeirah, the priciest location to living in Dubai right now.
