This is a man-made island that gets its name from the fact that its shape resembles a palm tree. JUMEIRAH BEACH RESIDENCE
Popularly known to residents as JBR, it is a massive residential development within the Dubai Marina community along Dubai coastline. Jumeirah Beach Residence has six clusters of high-rise apartment stands overlooking the sea, the main consideration for those looking to live here. At your doorstep is “The Walk”, a beachfront promenade where you can find many restaurants, retail outlets, hotels and cafes. Water activities are also the main attractions of JBR. The Bluewaters Island will soon be completed that will feature Dubai’s biggest observation wheel, Al Ain Dubai. This is the home of Burj Al Arab, the most expensive hotel in the world with a very unique architectural design. If you are lucky enough, you might be living in an upgraded villa with private pool, lift, huge parking spaces and additional amenities. There is more privacy here for water activities than JBR. Box Park, Citywalk and La Mer are the newest attractions in this district with many activities for the whole family.
